Ans. Yes. We have a return policy as per the satisfaction of our customer. If they are not satisfied with our product, then they can either directly contact us or return back. But, we always keep all our services and dealings to the most effective and  perfect standard. Therefore, there will not be any such situation that will put you in trouble.

 

Q. HOW DO YOU SUPPORT RETAIL FISH STORES?

Ans. We have a strong team that are always connected like a network. We provide the distribution of fresh seafood and fish and also feedbacks services which are collected from the marketing sources and we use that to assist the stores for taking the best decision that will promote their business.

 

Q. IS THERE ANY Pre-booking FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT YOUR CENTRE?

Ans. Yes. We provide pre-booking  service to  order you material through a phone call and Whatsapp message.

 

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUB CENTRE IN KERALA?

Ans. No. We have only the main office,  QMF Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd office located in Munambam, Kochi.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

We accept all kinds of transaction, for instance Cash and Online payment through Google pay, Phonepe ,NEFT and RTGS

 

Q. HOW CAN I START FISH RETAIL BUSINESS?

Ans. Firstly we have to understand the interest of the locality, then we will identify the acceptance of the people and thereby we will meet their taste. We will distribute all types of varieties, not only fish but also crab, prawn etc.
